Windrose Eagle Bend is an established Master Planned community in Spring. Located off Grand Parkway the area is comprised of beautifully maintained homes. Only 9 miles from The Woodlands and 24 miles from Houston, Windrose Eagle Bend saw most of its construction between 1998 and 2008. Known for traditional and Mediterranean designed mid-sized homes, the area continued to develop and grow.
